If you are an external company you'll need to complete the following form and submit it to us in advance to attending The Beverley Barn. Do you need kitchen access? [please email to know what equipment is available to use onsite]. Do you need a Power point? if yes, please bring a long extension lead.

Please note: ALL equipment brought on to site MUST be removed at the end of your attendance. No equipment may be left overnight. Philamina Ltd and The Beverley Barn accept no responsibility for ANY equipment not removed from site at the end of your attendance.
